What AI powers the coaching?
repfactor uses advanced AI models for coaching analysis. All tiers get full AI coaching. Pro and Business plans use a more capable model for deeper, more nuanced insights — especially valuable for complex deals and multi-stakeholder calls.
How is my data secured?
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each workspace's data is logically isolated. Recordings are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We support PII redaction on Business plans and comply with GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA requirements.
Where is my data stored and how long do you keep it?
Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest. Free plans retain data for 30 days, Pro for 1 year, and Business plans have unlimited retention. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
